Carrots and mango on salad bed
- 400 g carrots
- 1 mango
- Salad leaves
Cut the carrots into strips or sticks and cut the mango into pieces that are not too large.
Prepare the sauce with:
- 5 spoonfuls sunflower oil
- 4 spoonfuls balsamic vinegar
- 1 spoonful ginger
- sea salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- possibly 2 leaves kaffir lime
Put the leaves in the plates or in bowls, put the carrots and the mango and pour in the sauce.
