Crunchy bread
- 300 g spelt or wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2-3 dl water
- 40 g butter
- 50 g sesame seeds
- a little grated cheese
- butter for the pan
Mix the flour with salt and water, then add the melted butter and knead it all together. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Grease a baking pan.
Prendere la metà della pasta e spianare direttamente sulla teglia; sprinkle with sesame seeds and pass over it with a rolling pin. Do the same with the other half of the dough and sprinkle with cheese.
Cut out some squares, triangles, etc. with the wheel.
Bake at 220 ℃ for 15-20 minutes supervising cooking, then remove from oven and cool on a grill.
