Guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- olive oil
- sea salt
- possibly a clove of garlic and a tomato cut into cubes
Cut the avocado in the middle (keep the peel) and remove the pulp, then crush and season with lemon juice, oil, sea salt etc.
Put again in the peel and garnish with chopped olives and chives.
